The 26th UN Conference of the Parties (COP26) is crucial if climate change is to be brought under control. Leaders from 196 countries will unite in Glasgow to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Every fraction of a degree matters to secure a liveable climate. Greenhouse gas emissions must decline 50% by 2030 – and 100% by 2050.
