WELCOME TO ENDEAVOUR ONLINE
Endeavour is hosted on a platform called 'Airmeet'. You will find it easy and intuitive to use.
When entering the platform, please allow camera and microphone access. This will not make you automatically visible to the other attendees. You will have the opportunity to confirm access as you enter each room.
If you need support outside Endeavour hours, please contact tech support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the program, you can contact us susing the message feature on the virutal plaform. Search 'Event Support' and one of our team members will be online to help.
Software: Airmeet works on all your modern-day browsers, however, presenters, in particular, must have the latest Chrome (version 79)
Other Supported Browsers: Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Brave browser, and Safari (with limited access & known compatibility issue).
Unsupported Browsers: Older versions of Chrome and Firefox, IE, and Opera.

The reception is your landing page. From here you can navigate to the schedule and exhibition using either the top or right menu. An overview of the program is also available on the left.
There are three main destinations to head to from the reception:
Schedule: View and enter lightning talk and award ceremony sessions here.
Tech Support: This is where you are currently. Read tips and tricks for online platform navigation.
Exhibition: Our exhibition space spotlights all our student exhibition booths. Select the booth you are interested in to view their poster, chat or join a video conference call with the team.
ENDEAVOUR EXHIBITION BOOTHS
Our exhibition space spotlights all the contributing teams, with the online-only teams listed first. You can search for a team or topic via the icon at the top right-hand corner, or filter by discipline. Select the project you are interested in by clicking on their tile to view their poster, chat or join a video conference call with the team.
Head to Schedule. Here you will see the days activities in tiles. The next upcoming schedule will always be at the top of the schedule. Click the 'join session' button to enter the virtual room for the Lightning Talks and the Endeavour Exhibition Awards Ceremony.
INSIDE A SESSION
When you enter the session you will see the 'main stage' where the talk or ceremony will take place. We will let you know when we are about to begin these sessions with notifications and a 'starting soon' slide.
There is a 'Chat' feature on the right-hand side which is unique to the particular session you are in (separate to your personal inbox). You can use the chat function to connect with other attendees also currently viewing the session online. Tell us where you are joining from! We encourage you to interact with each other.
Click the 'People' icon to see who else is also attending the session. You can view their profile and start side conversations.
CONNECTING WITH ATTENDEES
'Messages' will appear in the top bar no matter where you are in the platform. Click on messages to see your personal inbox, or find online attendees under 'people' to start a new message chain. You will be able to send messages to attendees who are offline: they will see the message once they log in.
Click on the 'People' tab to view other online attendees to engage with.
If at any stage, you are having technical difficulties, you can search ‘Event Support’ under people and members of our events team will appear. Feel free to message them for any questions you have.
LOOK OUT FOR ALERTS
There may be times throughout the day where the event team will send you alerts. This will pop up on your top right hand corner. This will help remind you of where you need to go, or whether a session is about to start.
